These Terms govern use of the Apiengine website and the informational description of the Apiengine local data tracking utility.

By accessing https://apiengine.digital/ (the “Website”) or using Apiengine software described on the Website (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Software.

Brand names, text, layout, and other materials on the Website are owned by Apiengine or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights by browsing the Website. Microsoft names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for factual Store-direction references where applicable.

The Software is provided as an informational and analytical utility. It may evolve over time. Features described on the Website explain intended local tracking and review capabilities and should not be read as guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose.
7. Third-party services
